Sea of Sensation

Thoughts drop away and the mind beholds a world of beauty.

I just had the most powerful ecstatic state I have been in a very long time. It came on very suddenly. Everything disolved to pure bliss. I had tears in my eyes from the beauty of everything around me and in me.

It reminded me of my drug experiences of my early 20’s except more overpowering. I couldn’t hold it back. I lost my ability to keep a consistent train of thought and self and was just washed away in a sea of sensation. Lasted longer too, I just came down after two hours of ecstasy.

Disrupted my work a bit though. I was in the middle of writing up some documentation :)

Less thinking, more listening, touching, loving, experiencing.
